OC Academy uses the CourseStorm registration platform with built in payment processing via Stripe.

Yes, when you select ‘payment plan’ during registration, you are selecting to be charged weekly. Your credit or debit card will be automatically charged via CourseStorm/Stripe on the day of your child’s session. You will receive an email receipt for each charge. In the event that the charge does not go through, you will receive an email asking that you provide a new credit card or debit prior to your child’s next session. Late fees may apply if payment is not received prior to your child’s session.

Unfortunately, we are not able to pro-rate for missed sessions. Space is very limited and care has been given to place kids together in learning groups that would benefit all the kids and kept small. 

Each 5 hour session is $85 per child.

At the time of registration, you will be charged an $85 deposit per child, which will be applied to the final session if your child remains in OC Academy during the entire semester. If you choose to cancel your child’s enrollment at any time, you will forfeit the $85 deposit. Look for the cancellation policy FAQ for more information. 

Yes, here is our cancellation policy.

If you choose to cancel your child’s enrollment by August 31^st, you will forfeit the $85 registration fee but not be charged the cost of the sessions. 

If you choose to cancel your child’s enrollment between Sept 1 – Sept 14 , you are responsible for paying for 5 weeks of the sessions that you signed up for, in addition to forfeiting the $85 registration fee.

If you choose to cancel your child’s enrollment after Sept 14, you are responsible for paying for 9 weeks of the sessions you signed up for, in addition to forfeiting the $85 registration fee.

By submitting the OC Academy registration, you will have committed to participate in One Child’s 9 Week Semester of the OC Academy during the Weeks of Sept 7- Nov 2 2020, and agree to pay for the sessions that you have selected for the entire 9 week semester in full. We do offer a payment plan, which charges your credit or debt card weekly on the day of your child’s session. One Child is unable to prorate or refund money for missed sessions.
